Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options for your convenience:
Netherlands
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days - €5.95
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days - €12.95
- Pickup at studio: Free (by appointment via contact)
International
For orders outside the Netherlands, shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Contact us via contact for a custom quote.
Delivery Times
Because our accessories are handmade, delivery times may vary:
- In stock: Shipping within 1-2 business days after payment
- Custom made: 2-4 weeks production time + shipping time
- Personalized: 3-5 weeks production time + shipping time
You will receive a confirmation with the expected delivery date after placing your order.
Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged in sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transport. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can track the status of your shipment.
Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods:
Online Payments
- iDEAL: Direct Dutch bank transfer (most used in the Netherlands)
- Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Bancontact: Belgian payment method
- PayPal: Secure online payment via your PayPal account
Other Methods
- Bank Transfer: Prepayment via bank transfer (only for larger orders or custom-made items)
Payment Security
All payments are processed through certified and secure payment providers. We do not store credit card details or other sensitive payment information on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and sent via SSL-secured connections.
Payment Confirmation
After receiving your payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment. This email contains:
- Order number
- Overview of ordered products
- Shipping address
- Expected delivery date
- Payment confirmation
Prices
All prices on our website are in euros (€) and include 21% VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated separately and clearly stated during checkout.
Invoicing
You will automatically receive a digital invoice by email after completing your order. This invoice contains all legally required information and can be used for administrative purposes.
Payment Problems
If you experience problems paying, check:
- Whether your payment method has sufficient balance
- Whether your bank or credit card company has not blocked the transaction
- Whether you have entered the correct information
If the problem persists, contact us via contact or your bank/credit card company.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been put into production. For custom-made or personalized items, cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us for cancellation.
