Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving your handmade accessory without giving reasons. This cooling-off period begins on the day after you receive the product.
Conditions For Returning
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The product must be in the original packaging
- All labels and tags must still be attached to the product
- You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized handmade accessories
- Products that have been specially made for you according to your specifications
- Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
- Products that have been damaged by improper use
How To Return
If you want to return a product, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt via email or phone
- Mention your order number and the reason for returning
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Package the product carefully in the original packaging
- Send the product to the return address we provide
Return Costs
The costs for returning the product are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or does not match your order. In that case, we will reimburse the return costs.
Refund
After receiving and approving your return, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to pay.
Damaged Or Defective Products
Although all our handmade accessories are carefully manufactured and packaged, it may happen that a product arrives damaged or has a defect. In that case:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Send photos of the damaged or defective product
- We offer a replacement or full refund
- Return costs will be reimbursed by us
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product for another item from our collection, contact us. We will do our best to meet your wishes, depending on availability.
Inspection Upon Receipt
We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any problems, contact us immediately.
Processing Returns
We strive to process all returns within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation once your return has been processed and the refund has been initiated.
